We refer to the announcements dated 26 January 2015, 9 March 2015, 10 March 2015, 24 March 2015, 18 May 2015, 21 May 2015 and 25 May 2015, 8 June 2015, 9 June 2015, 24 June 2015, 25 June 2015 and 9 July 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Previous Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the Manager of CMMT (“Manager”), CIMB is pleased to announce that the Proposed Placement has been completed with the listing of 239,635,600 new Units on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad today. CIMB also wishes to announce on behalf of the Manager that the Proposed Acquisition has been completed today.
