We refer to the announcements dated 26 January 2015, 9 March 2015, 10 March 2015, 24 March 2015, 18 May 2015, 21 May 2015, 25 May 2015, 8 June 2015, 9 June 2015 and 24 June 2015 in relation to the Proposals (“Previous Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used herein shall have the same meanings as set out in the Previous Announcements. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CMMT, CIMB is pleased to announce that the Board had, on 24 June 2015, fixed the issue price of 239,635,600 new Units (including 87,035,600 new Units to CIL) at RM1.32 per Unit and successfully identified placees for the Proposed Placement to raise gross proceeds of RM316,318,992, following the close of the bookbuild exercise. CIMB, Maybank Investment Bank, JPMorgan Securities (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and J.P. Morgan Securities plc acted as joint placement agents for the Proposed Placement.
