(Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the announcement dated 22 January 2013 in relation to the Proposals). We refer to the announcement dated 22 January 2013 in relation to the Proposed Authority. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CapitaMalls Malaysia REIT Management Sdn. Bhd., the manager of CMMT, the Joint Principal Advisers wish to announce that the application to the SC in respect of the Proposed Authority and the Proposed Increase in Approved Fund Size has been submitted today.
