The issue price was calculated based on the 10-day volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) of the units issued in CMMT up to and including 30 December 2010.
(2) Being the issue price of units in CMMT issued to CMRM as part payment of management fees to CMRM for the 6 month period from 1 January 2011 to 30 June 2011. The issue price was calculated based on the 10-day VWAP of the units issued in CMMT up to and including 30 June 2011.
* The Price Transacted is pursuant to a mutual agreement between the shareholders of CMRM, and the purchaser being a related party of CMRM.
