We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 7 February 2024, 29 February 2024, 1 March 2024 and 26 March 2024 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein. On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that CLMT had, on 26 March 2024, issued and allotted a total of 85,122,901 new CLMT Units pursuant to the DRP for the Final Income Distribution (“New Units”). The New Units have been listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities with effect from 9.00 a.m., Wednesday, 27 March 2024. With the listing of the New Units, the total enlarged number of issued CLMT Units is 2,825,582,366 and the DRP for the Final Income Distribution is now completed.
