We refer to the announcements dated 30 January 2024, 31 January 2024, 6 February 2024, 7 February 2024, 29 February 2024, 1 March 2024 and 26 March 2024 in relation to the DRP (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the Announcements shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of CMRM, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad wishes to announce that based on the valid Distribution Reinvestment Forms (“DRFs”) received by CLMT’s unit registrar, Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd on 15 March 2024, being the expiry date for submission of the DRFs, CLMT have issued and allotted a total of 85,122,901 new CLMT Units (“New Units”) pursuant to the DRP in respect of the Final Income Distribution.
The New Units represent approximately 76.74% of the total number of new CLMT Units, had all the entitled unitholders of CLMT elected to reinvest their respective electable portion under the DRP in new CLMT Units.
